Each item is handcrafted with care and packaged to arrive safely at your door.

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship items are typically packaged and shipped within 2-5 business days after payment is received.

Shipping

Orders are shipped with tracked service whenever available. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information (if applicable).

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your package has been dispatched, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier.

Shipping is currently available within Canada only.

We offer simple, quantity-based flat-rate shipping across Canada!

• 1 item -- $25

• 2 items -- $35

• 3 or more items -- $45

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the number of items in your order.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in Saskatoon, SK. Simply select Local Pickup at checkout, and we'll arrange a convenient pickup time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the damaged item. I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact me and I'll be happy to assist in working with the shipping carrier.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error with the order.

Custom orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, custom pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on my part. Photos and design details will be reviewed and approved prior to completion whenever possible.

Wood is a natural material and each piece contains unique grain patterns, color variations, knots, and other characteristics that make it one of a kind. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Damaged in Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and damage so I can work with you to resolve the issue.

Cleaning

• Wash by hand with warm water and mild dish soap.

• Dry immediately with a towel. For boards without rubber feet, stand to dry. This will prevent warping.

• Never soak your board or leave it standing in water.

Do Not

• Do not place your board in the dishwasher.

• Do not use it in the microwave or oven.

• Do not leave it outdoors or in direct sunlight for extended periods.

Conditioning

Wood naturally dries out over time. To keep your board looking its best, apply a food-safe cutting board oil and board butter once a month or whenever the surface begins to look dry or dull. When board is clean and dry, rub a generous amount of oil on all sides of the board. Allow the oil to absorb for several hours or overnight, then wipe off excess. Next, rub in wood butter all over the board and let dry. Rub off any excess.

Odour Removal

If your board develops odours, sprinkle coarse salt over the surface and scrub with half a lemon. Let mixture dry on the board for 20-30 minutes. Scrape off, rinse, dry thoroughly. Apply a light coat of oil if needed.

A Note About Natural Wood

Every board is handcrafted from real hardwood. Variations in grain, colour, knots, and character are part of what makes each piece unique. As wood naturally responds to changes in humidity and temperature, minor movement over time is normal.

Payment

Custom orders require full payment before work begins. Once the design, size, wood species, pricing and estimated completion time are confirmed, payment will be requested and work will begin once payment is received.

Timing

Each custom piece is handcrafted one at a time. Completion times vary depending on the project and current workload, but I'll provide an estimated timeline when your order is confirmed.

Returns
